FATHER: ANTHONY KIKUU
MOTHE: BERNADETTE MULITA (DIED)
Simon is the seventh born in a family of nine children.
Simon and his brother Patrick live with their father in coast- Kikoneni while the rest live in upcountry- Kitui.
His father is old and poor. He can’t afford to educate his children as it has been the case with other children. He relies on peasantry farming for provision of basic needs. This however is not sustainable to the whole family hence needing help. We therefore request any well wisher to help this boy get his academic aspirations.
Simon sat for KCPE last year and scored 353 marks out of 500. He was called to Waa Boys High School but he didn’t like the school due to quality of education that would compromise with his dream. He therefore decided willingly to RE-SIT and get a better mark.
Simon finished the Nice View Gratitude Academy end of 2014 with a good result (374 B+) and attends since beginning of 2015 a secondary school.
The results 2015 (form 1/class 9): B+/C/C
Since for the children from outside, mostly from Slum Bangladesh in Mombasa, almost no donations were received and the donations amount in general declined, we had to terminate the support of Simon end of 2016.
Also in respect that for more and more children of the children’s home the secondary school, the university or the college needs to be financed and not to endanger other sub-projects, this decision was inevitable.
