Craftsmanship as a School of Life
28. August 2026On May 25, a free medical camp was held at the Nice View Medical Centre in collaboration with the organization D.R.O.P.S. D.R.O.P.S. had previously organized a medical camp with us two years ago.
The focus areas included:
Pregnancy care, wound care, diabetes, blood pressure, skin infections, cervical cancer, malaria, ultrasound examinations, ECGs, and laboratory tests.
In addition, comprehensive educational sessions were conducted on topics such as hygiene, nutrition, and oral hygiene.
In addition, toothbrushes were distributed.
Women received further information on family planning and training on the use of menstrual cups, with each participant receiving a cup.
A total of 505 patients were treated. Patients came from as far away as the Tanzanian border. This once again demonstrated to us that the need for support—particularly in the medical sector—remains very high.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the organization D.R.O.P.S. for this outstanding support.
