Success through “Learning by Doing”
What began as a project during the Easter holidays is now being continued by our older boys in their free time, driven by impressive initiative. In the carpentry workshop, they learn far more than just how to handle tools: through hands-on work, they visibly gain self-confidence, discipline, and team spirit.
This involvement not only fosters manual skills but also shapes their personalities. They become more responsible and develop a strong work ethic that will benefit them throughout their lives—regardless of their future career paths.
