Like most children, also the kids from nice view love baking. Here we were supported last year mainly by our sponsor and visitor Karin.
Of course, since Christmas in Nice View is celebrated traditional German, the cookies were not missing. Because of the different varieties of cookies, different groups were baking on several days. In this way, it crystallized soon, who has a special knack for baking.
With much zest, we went to the work and there was naturally also no shortage of fun. The mandatory lick of the dough could not be missed and of course additionally the nibbling after baking.
There was also Linz cuts, fruit tarts, buns with raisins, and much more.
Our team in Nice View is very pleased, if visitors are willing to show the children or the staff something new. Also a Bavarian roast chicken, added with dumplings, succeeded very well in a wood-fired oven.
