Christmas lettre

Those responsible for the Nice View project also had to expect the worst in the spring, with deadly infections, scarce food, unrest and acts of violence. But fortunately, diseases and supply problems have not reached the children's village so far. The Nice View Children's Village is closed off and the school, except for the 4th and 8th grade, is still closed to outsiders. But with a lot of imagination and commitment, the Nice View team and the children have made the best of the situation. Interesting projects on sustainability and health were developed. Everyone has found time to pay more attention to each other and to support each other. One has moved closer together despite or rather because of "Corona".

The members of Projekt Schwarz-Weiß e.V. and especially the Nice View family in Kenya would like to thank all donors and sponsors and the many spontaneous supporters for making it possible to carry out urgent repairs on the buildings and to keep the children's home, school and clinic running again this year. Even the urgent wish for an ambulance has been fulfilled.

The first children taken in by Mama Gudrun in 2000 have now grown up, are taking on more and more tasks in the project work and will certainly soon be able to become part of the Nice View team and/or will gradually become independent.

The fact that this aid project in one of the poorest areas of Kenya has been able to exist and develop over two decades is a great success in which many people have played a part. But it would not have been possible without your help. The children and the team in Nice View hope for your support also for the coming year and will keep you informed with regular reports.

Dear sponsors, friends and supporters, a Merry Christmas and especially good health in the New Year from the whole Nice View family!

Your team of Projekt Schwarz-Weiß e.V.
