Medical Camp

On 18 August, the Nice View Clinic was again able to organize a Medical Camp (day of action where medical advice and treatments are offered free of charge).

The camp took place again in the Jomo Kenyatta Primary School in the district Bomani. Since that day there was also a seminar on the planned census, the team of the Nice View clinic was unfortunately not allowed to make loudspeaker announcements. However, still 90 'patients' perceived the offer.

The camp was organized together with the organization TUNZA and offered this time:

  •    weight control
  •    blood pressure measurement
  •    cervical cancer screening
  •    HIV test and advice
  •    diabetes test
  •    Family planning (including contraception in the form of 3- and 5-month sticks, 3-month injection, pill and spiral)

Of course, patients came with other diseases. These were then sent to the Nice View Clinic and treated there cheaply.
