But the opposite is true. The team led by Gudrun Dürr has mastered the challenges of recent times excellently and the adverse effects of the Corona pandemic, food shortages and unemployment in Kenya were limited for the children's village. The decades of experience and the mutual trust of the people working in this aid project have once again proven their worth.
And so this year more children were able to find refuge in the Nice View Children's Village. The students of the Nice View Gratitude Academy achieved good, in some cases excellent, school-leaving certificates. The Nice View Medical Center is increasingly proving to be indispensable for the care of the population. Despite new legal regulations for the state health insurance, which require further investments in the clinic operation, Denise Dürr, who runs the Medical Center, does not give up. Somehow there is always a solution, according to the attitude of the Nice View team.
And this is also the motto of Projekt Schwarz-Weiß e.V.. We trust in the long-term support of many donors and sponsors. Fortunately, the tireless efforts of "Mama Gudrun" and her well-rehearsed team are convincing more and more people to help us ensure that at least a few children have the chance for a better future.
Even if, thanks to the ingenious idea of a sponsor with the holiday accommodation “Paradise Garden”, in addition to the clinic, school and carpentry, there is the possibility for the Trust Foundation to generate additional income on site, the entire Nice View aid project is supported and carried to a very large extent by you.
