We have so many trees in our compound and we saw the importance of supporting their growth since trees play a major role in our today’s life. This system entailed the use of egg shells tied on the branches of trees using a string. We have a positive feedback since most of the dead leaves from our trees are now falling off leaving the trees healthier; furthermore, most of our leaves are now green and beautiful. This helped us to accept that the system actually works and that we would love to share our experience with others within and outside our compound.
We would also like to add that we care for our trees exclusively with natural fertilizer. In our environment club the children learn how to protect our nature with natural methods. In this way we feed ourselves biologically and maintain our health.
On the photos you can see our citrus fruit trees. The fruits play an important role in our daily healthy nutrition.
