Each year, children's homes in the Nice View area organize a sports day, which is always held in another children's home. This year on 15.8.2019 in Ukunda at Future for Children.
Teams were formed (partly consisting of children from one of the children's homes, sometimes consisting of children from several orphanages) for both a football and a volleyball tournament. In addition, athletics competitions were held.
The kids had a lot of fun. In the football tournament of the girls, the Nice View team prevailed and likewise in the football tournament of the boys, the mixed team of Nice View and the Faraja Children's Home won. Of course, the joy was huge!
T was second and Q and LL were each third in the 100 meters sprint.
We congratulate!
For entertainment there was music and of course a lunch for all.
