Dear godparents, friends and sponsors,
We are happy to announce that thanks to the organization “A heart for children” (and others) the construction of the two-story building, including the solar plant, has been completed. This is going to significantly reduce the electricity expenses and power outages will thus hopefully be an issue of the past.
The rooms will subsequently be furnished and finally, the urgently needed space for activities, such as playing music, arts and crafts, painting, playing and reading is available. An air-conditioned room is meant to be used for computer classes and with that we are hoping that the computers, otherwise often negatively affected by the climate, will thus last longer.
Furthermore, urgently needed washrooms were installed as well as additional office spaces.
We sincerely thank everyone, also on behalf of the children, for all the support and help.
