unfortunately, we have still issues with the solar installation which is supposed to provide the clinic with power. Sometimes it even fails completely.
The displays are broken and we are looking for 3 Sunny Island 6.0 H inverters (https://www.sma.de/en/products/battery-inverters/sunny-island-44m-60h-8…). We have until now positive experiences with these in the children’s home. In addition, we are in need of 2 solar batteries (approx. 900 AH each).
The power supply in Kenya is still not reliable. A few days ago, we had for example 380 Volt on one phase. This breaks of course everything and, we had to fall back on the generator regularly.
We would be very happy if we could find sponsors for this and hope for your support. Please provide ‘solar’ as payment reference so we can relate the donation.
